You do not need to be âgoodâ at meditation.
You only need to arrive. Some days you may feel open and curious.
Other days distracted, tired, or resistant.
All of this belongs.
Nothing has gone wrong if resistance appears.
Nothing has gone wrong if you forget a day or miss a day.
Nothing has gone wrong if your mind is busy.
This is not a journey of perfection.
It is a journey of returning to ourselves as we are.
Again and again, you simply begin wherever you are.
If you miss a day, you are not behind.
If you feel distant from the practice, you have not failed.
Just step in again.
The meditation will meet you exactly where you are â every time.

03. Look out for your daily email
Starting today, and for the next 21 days, youâll receive one email each day containing supporting words and the link to the daily accompanying audio. You can use this email to support you finding a rhythm for the practice if you wish.
04. Listen to the dayâs audio and return to the meditation âInviting Everything Inâ
Every day, youâll come back to the same core meditation âInviting Everything Inâ. You can choose to watch the video or listen to the audio version. Over time, youâll find your own rhythm and way of entering the practice.
