I bring healing and expansion to the fundamental relationship on which all the others in our lives are built.

I've spent more than twenty-five years teaching, and nearly two decades studying Nondual Healing with Jason Shulman at A Society of Souls, where I serve on faculty. Before that: years in Steiner education, teaching children; years teaching couples and women in the field of tantra, intimacy and embodiment.

Across all of it, one thing kept revealing itself. Whatever path we walk, what we actually meet is ourselves: the places where life contracted, where the heart pulled back, where the river narrowed.

So my work became simple, though not easy. Helping people move from understanding their lives to actually inhabiting them. From managing themselves to relating to themselves. From insight to lived change.

I live in Forest Row, England, with my two daughters. The work I teach is the work I live: as a mother, in grief and in joy, in the ordinary daily moments where all of Life happens.

Healing isn't becoming someone new. It's a return.
