PRESENCE · RESET · PLAY
Twenty-one days. One practice. Genuine shifts.
You can see your patterns.
In the moment,
you still can’t stop them.
You don't need more insight.
You need a capacity rarely taught
"This work helped me change what I actually did in the moment, not just what I understood." - E.M. Psychologist
Used by therapists · coaches · doctors · parents · long-time practitioners who thought they’d already tried everything
21 days · 7 mins a day · 9 months of live sessions · lifetime access · refund guarantee
You've done the work.
The work isn't the problem.
You’ve read the books, had therapy, done transformational work. You know your story. You understand your reactions.
And yet in key moments, something older than your understanding arrives first.
The sharp word to someone you love. The 2am spiral. The shutdown in a conversation, you swore you’d handle differently. In these moments an old version of you is taking the wheel. You see it happening and can’t interrupt it.
Insight alone cannot reach the places where these habits live. Your patterns didn’t begin in thought. They formed when consciousness shaped itself around pain, fear, protection, survival. Over time they became embodied pathways that move faster than thought. Understanding sees them like a train it has just missed.
Insight helps by revealing our patterns.
Relationship is what makes real contact with them
What hasn’t been met in us doesn’t change.
The Missing Skill
How to be in relationship with ourselves.
Not as self-analysis. As direct contact with what is actually arising in you, right now.
Most of our patterns began as intelligent protection. We can understand them completely and they still run our lives, because understanding watches from a distance.
Relationship forms through contact. When we stay with experience even when it's tough. When we stop abandoning ourselves. When we soften our strategies of managing or coping. These inner actions of cultivating self-contact reveal the root relationship of our lives, the one we have with ourself. Every other relationship and every experience we have is filtered through this core relationship.
Change this even slightly and everything downstream begins to shift: your choices, your habits, your relationships, your capacity to live freely.
Real transformation begins in contact. What hasn’t been met doesn’t change.
The Practice
This nondual meditation practice is designed to restore relationship.
Meditations often ask you to step back from your experience. To observe it, quieten it, manage it. This practice asks the opposite: Come closer. Stay with yourself.
Each day, for seven minutes, you practice real contact with what’s actually here.
Like a muscle slowly strengthened, this capacity begins showing up in real time, in the moments that matter. The conversation that once overwhelmed you. The reaction that used to take over. The old pattern arriving just as you step toward something you want.
Change follows naturally. Not because you tried harder, but because you learned how to stay.
We are not trying to silence experience or rise above it. We are not fixing anything or visualise alternative lives. The movement is toward something larger: integration, healing, and a life lived from greater wholeness.
Presence arises from the capacity to be in contact.
Now real change becomes possible as more of you remains available in the moments that once pulled you under.
Imagine one moment like that, going differently.
One conversation where you don't lose yourself. One reaction that doesn't take over.
That's not a small shift. That changes everything that happens next.
What this builds: three capacities that stay with you
Presence
To feel real. Deeply in touch with yourself, with your experience and at the same time spacious enough to make conscious choices. To notice the familiar tightening, the old story, the patterns arriving and instead of being taken under, you stay in contact.
Reset
Resettling into the wider field of self and Life. The smaller contracted parts of you regain contact with more of the full spectrum of who you are.
Play
Responsiveness. Aliveness. Creativity. Deeper aspects of your nature emerge that couldn't come forward while so much effort went into coping. Now the freshness of unpatterned living available, Life living as you.
A NOTE
Not for everyone.
If you're looking for a quick fix or a meditation that delivers calm as a product, this isn't that.
This practice is slower, deeper, and asks for honest, non-judgemental contact with yourself. Not managing your experience, meeting it.
If that’s what you’re looking for, what comes back is far more than what you originally came for.
The Atmosphere
Everything in you belongs.
Nothing needs to be fixed. Only met.
This practice is rooted in a living nondual tradition: a synthesis of Zen, Kabbalah, and Advaita. The core insight: the same consciousness that created the pattern can meet it, include it, and free what was held inside it.
Why I built this.
I didn’t arrive at this intellectually. I arrived by living the same thing you’re living.
Before this, I taught children as a Rudolf Steiner teacher. That’s where I first understood what runs through everything I teach: real transformation happens through relationship, not instruction. You can tell a child a hundred times to be kind. Or you can meet them with kindness, and they learn through being met.
The same is true of every part of us. The reactive part. The ashamed part. The part that can’t stop running the old pattern. None of them change by being told to stop. They change by being met.
This practice comes from the teachings of Jason Shulman and A Society of Souls, where I’m honoured to serve as faculty. I built Presence · Reset · Play to take one of the essential practices that has sustained students of this lineage for over forty years and offer it in a form that fits a full life.
What people experience: real shifts in real moments.
Space where there used to be stress. Pause where there used to be reaction. A kinder relationship with themselves and from that, with everyone around them.
Creativity and aliveness returning, not as a reward for doing the work, but because this is our truer nature underneath the management and contractions.
Therapists and coaches tell me they finally live what they teach. Professionals tell me they return to their work with more of themselves intact. Parents tell me they stop repeating patterns they swore they wouldn't pass on. Long-time practitioners tell me they've finally met something they'd only read about.
These are not dramatic stories. They are small shifts in key moments that create significant change.
“I’m going through grief, and this helped me stay present, without numbing out.”
S.S. Nurse
“I love that it’s not about changing yourself, but really staying with all of yourself. That distinction means everything. I’m really learning to relate differently to myself. I didn’t know I needed that.”
B.M. Lawyer & MUM
“I've done decades of inner work. This is the first practice that didn't ask me to leave my life in order to go deeper.”
D.M. Business owner, long-time practitioner
“I stopped trying to fix myself and something actually started shifting.”
M.M. Coach
“Roxana's presence is the teaching. You feel met, and then you learn to meet yourself the same way.”
A.M. Therapist
“I came in looking for calm. What I found was something I didn't know was possible: finally being with myself without flinching.”
